i'd buy one of them!

 

If your wife can plait hair it's the same, Get some green sweet chestnut and peel off a layer of the bark (i find a potato pealer is the best). After that get a knife and remove the rest of the bark, Cut thin strips with knife and weave or plait- at end weave back through were you started. voila one bracelet:001_smile:

option two the easy one

 

is measure around your wifes knuckles send me size and i'll make one :001_smile:

 

When using potato peeler the metal reacts with the wood and makes it darker, thats what gives you the two colours.

Caught up with Ian today (good to see you again mate) over with David Oakman, and bought a variety of trellis from him, so if you're looking for something different for Christmas pressies this year why not get in touch with Ian, he really makes a good range of products.
