It's 24 days since the last day when it didn't rain here. Keeping anything dry is a challenge.

I remember the winter of 93/94 was almost as wet as this one, then after a dry early autumn in 93 it began raining every day and i mean every day, it never stopped raining till good friday, not a day went by that we were soaked to the skin felling 5000 ton of spruce about 1200ft above sea level in mid wales.

Its in Perthshire. Water was over the roof of the tractors when the pond at the bottom of the hill was suddenly filled by the landslide. There's now no pond
