Also there's a company about 2 hours away with a name I really like but how does it stand? I can't use that can I??

Depends on the name I guess.

Is it a "funny" name like "Branch Managers" or an aspirational one like "Ace Tree Care?"

I'm sure they're not the only ones though.

2 hours away is probably a bit close I wouldn't take theirs, maybe look a bit further afield.
