I disconnected the big red button the first day I used mine, it's the only hassle I've ever had with mine, I just earth a wire every time I want to stop it

Ty, instead of reversing the drum with a stick if you take the pulley cover off there is hole in the end of the drive shaft. I have a large posi drive screwdriver under the drivers seat for when it gets jammed to turn it with. Also with the cover off that little safety button underneath is engaged so it can't start whilst you're in there.

That takes time undoing bolts, I tip it back, get in hands in head first, and pull the drum back by the blades.
