just a couple of photos that i found of on oak that blew down, down my road a few years ago. i do the tree work for the farmer who's tree it is and in return they let me burn all my brash in one of their fields and let me have the logs for firewood. went out for a ride on my quad and found this tree had fell straight across a power cable so the power guys came and made it safe then i cleared up, all on a sunday evening going until it was about 10 at night. :001_smile:

Come on Joe. Own up. :sneaky2:

The real story is, You climbed up, and that little Oak wasn't stong enough to hold you and fell over. You offered to clear up as way of apology.

You have to get up pretty early to pull the wool over our eyes!!!:001_tt2::001_tt2:

There's your problem, you took one too many dogs up the tree with you. It's a common mistake and the legislation is a bit of a grey area, some say 3, others 2. Personally, I prefer to stay on the safe side.

:D

Nice job mate, a great service to your local community and you keep warm for the winter!

lol no they are not just randomers, one is my mate who works for simon as well, and the other one is my mate who sometimes labours for me, and the other is my trainee climber little brother :001_cool:

Does Simon have a sign at the yard that says "You must be under this height to work here"?:001_tt2::001_tt2::001_tt2:
