Riko Log Splitter

I would just like to give a public thank you to Stephen Cabrol and his team at Riko UK.

I went over to see them on Monday morning 21st to have a look at their range of log splitters. He was able to display a range of splitters for me and was more than happy to pull machines off pallets and run them as well as to wire up an electric machine for me to see running.

Nothing was to much trouble.

Yes I did purchase one of his machines and we hoped that the courier may have been able to deliver the machine between Christmas and new year. His courier contacted me yesterday for a delivery time and it was delivered today, to within a few minutes of 48 hours from when I placed the order.

Pretty dam good service if you ask me especially in the run up to Christmas.

It makes a change to see some good old fashioned personal service in this day and age.

have a good break all.:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

The machine I bought is the fixed table vertical 2 speed 10 ton ram with the axe pulling into the wood as opposed to pushing into the wood with the 6.5hp Honda engine. The model I have is not displayed on his website but the product code is COLLASSO100.

I will have a look tomorrow for the model name/number

If you go to his place my satnav took me to a unit a few hundred yards past his yard using his postcode

Just wait until you have any problems with it......

I've dealt with various machine sellers for over 30 years now and have yet to find a better service than Stephen & co give at Riko.

They don't flannel you with B.S and listen to every question you ask and then do their best to answer it straight away or go out to their yard and study a similar machine to get a handle on the problem you are facing first-hand

I'm over 400 miles from them and they provide a better service over the phone and via email than I can get just 10 miles away.
