Turkey.

It's Christmas!

Decent butchers ham for Christmas tea and cold cuts.

Doing a venison casserole for Christmas Eve.

CJ do you salt your own beef?

 

Not for several years - salt Peter ( an ingredient of gunpowder ) was getting hard to get hold of.

Yes John,tastes like corn beef .Serve hot with a white mustard sauce and later salad / sandwiches.:thumbup:
