I think there should be a guide for what constitutes a good customer.

 

People including ourselves dont always realise what makes others lives easier.

 

For instance most customers assume that you only do fire wood from September onwards and that before that time you are to busy felling trees.

 

But it must be 30% quicker and easier to process and deliver firewood on hard ground in mild weather in daylight.

 

Perhaps I should start a new thread titled the good customer guide

and then i will send it on to some of the pain in the arse numpty customers i have.

 

this year i charge for deliveries on sat afternoons and sundays ( as someones note read.... money cant buy you time:biggrin:..)
