A picture of the meal pre consumption will be required, posted on Arbtalk, with a pint of beer or bottle of wine adjacent to the plate in order to scale the sprouts.

The meal must include at least one additional vegetable group. Any sprouts incorporated into other foodstuffs are ineligible.

Number of sprouts consumed will be taken on trust, verification from the better halves will be admissable as proof.

All sprouts must be consumed in one sitting. Any sprouts whether whole or masticated that 're-emerge through the mouth or any other orifice will be disqualified.
