Indeed not. Are you saying it's rubbish? Seems as good as a similar Custo set I bought years ago for £130...

Pity I just bought a good set from halfords. I was in Lidl looking at those today, I nearly bought some for the van..

But I think hundred quid is enough to spend in one year on socket sets..

Personally I have always found the majority of the tools made for Lidl or Aldi are made by well known companies and are much better quality than similar looking stuff imported from china & sold via ebay, amazon, machinemart, screwfix etc...

 

Giving an example I have a 5" grinder that came from Aldi for £15, made by Ferm but equivalent model with their own brand name on it would of cost just over £50 and more importantly it performs like a £50 grinder not a throwaway one.

I got a Halfords Professional set too; only because it had some imperial sizes. It isn't the quality of this Lidl one. Disappointing really.
