Hi, I am a professional turner and was advised to join up as I mainly use sustainably sourced wood not stuff imported and you guys were a good source. As i make a lot of differebnt types of things most woods are useful to me. Having read through a couple of the threads on here referring to turners can I state from the outset that I do not expect to get something for nothing (always welcome but not expected)

Welcome on board Pete, you will find this one of the most interesting forums about and very well supported. It great to understand what these guys go through to get our raw materials, good contacts and very helpful.
