Project 064

Bought an 064 from a nice arbtalk member as a non runner👍

 

Not done much with it was going to move it on as I haven't done anything with it and didn't think I would have time😐 But today I put it back together, I know it needs cylinder and piston but was thinking it failed because it was a new cheap cylinder and piston that was fitted previously that failed?

 

On putting it back together I found part of the air filter missing

 

I should only have four left over bolts for the cylinder but got more!

 

And I've got what looks like a winter/summer shutter cover and can't find where it goes? Not sure if it's for this saw? The part number 1123 141 4001

 

Been looking at a few cylinder kits on eBay but the 1 I was keen on has went up by £300:001_huh: so might be a hyway kit?

Using the same crank? 54mm or 56mm piston?

Yip same crank , cannae remember what diameter . Just bought one off ebay , I'll look back and see if I can find it .

sorry about all the spare bolts i just assumed they belonged to 064. i'll take a look for the air filter prob around somewhere:001_smile:
