Anybody know what to do with around 150 tons of poplar? We are pricing a job and will be needing to shift it. Anything up to a foot will be chipped but this leaves a lot of butts up to 30" diameter.

Whereabouts are you? Pending that, I'll have the lot off you; anything down to 7cm as long as it's in consistent lengths i.e. 2.1/2.3/2.9m and so on...

Out of interest, what will it be used for and why the specific lengths?

Hi where abouts is the wood located in the country as I am in west wales.

Timber is in Kent. I will pm anyone interested if we get the contract. It's useful to know I'm not going to be stuck with the wood. Several others pricing and it's a bigggie so we'll see.
