The kindling coming out of our kindla is not consistant,we try to pick straight timber but end up having to sort it by hand before netting which is very time consuming.any idea's how to improve output thanks.

Hi

Been doing the kindling about 4 years now.

now that you say the drier the timber it does split better I was thinking is the blade worn and not going all the way in.

thanks for reply's

Adjust the stops on the blade travel so it goes further forward, that should take up any wear in the blade.

Any pictures of what it's doing???

Hi I have built up the blade once by welding the cutting edge and grinding an edge back on maybe it needs more not going through the wood enough. Sorry no pics not sure how to put them on thanks for help.
