If it leaks when cornering on full tank fit a 2" ball valve as I have in mine I'll post pic if you like ?

Surely that will stop the tank from venting ?

Although it could still vent through the smaller pipe, wouldn't fuel get the other side of the valve via that smaller pipe ?

 

It's a problem I have, and derv runs over the mudflaps, and can never fill right up.

That said I linked to that as it is an OEM part although I debate that some times with britpart.

vents through vent tube only ever get an egg cup of fuel on this side of valve even when brimming the tank
