take it back, get the dealer to put the lap top on it. Mine (560XP) was crap when warm, after it blew up it came back from Husky running lovelly and has hardly put a foot wrong since.

Your suppose to lay it flat with one corner tucked under the top handle . No wonder it did not work !

I'll replace the needle bearings and port that lap top for 150 quid. 200 and I'll add a monitor mod.
