Ash tree on a cold windy day...

This was one of those crisp clear days, cold as a witches armpit, with a lazy wind (lazy wind cant be bothered to go round you, it just goes straight through...)

 

Spec was to cut away the dead portions of tree overhanging the road, and leave the rest as habitat.

If the tree owner was in to leaving monolith for habitat, was there any consideration made to coronet?

How cold does in get in your area Ed?

Not Very. we had a couple of days of -5c last month. Its the wind chill factor that gets you. 30 mph wind coming off the sea there, cuts to the bone.
