Tree stump removal

Tried to drag this out with chains and my truck. Could not shift it. So can I have a price for grinding of one of you guys. Access is good just got to remove a fence panel and gravel board and in you go. Stump is a pallet and about 18 inches across- see photo. Cash on completion, no receipt needed. Message me please.

Can't help you myself but someone told me the other day, about a documentary they'd seen showing how stumps used to be removed, which got me thinking I'd like to try it. The stump was dry before he put a drop of petrol on then covered it with a small (road cone size) homemade steel cone, vented at the top & left it for a day or so. Hey presto (whatever that means) after a couple of days... nowt left. Might be worth a go if theres no kids about?
