some work has being approved by the council to remove topd trees on a construction site, i would like to cover my own back by speaking to someone myself. So who goes out to site on the councils behalf?

They just send someone from planning who has no knowledge of trees, they just put it under planning .

If you have the letter why do you need to speak to anyone?

Group of 7 trees, 5 are protected as i have the tpo info, the 2 that wasn't we felled a month ago, now plans have being approved to remove the 5 remaining. However the plans only relate to the 2 that have already gone, not the others! i think somebody has misunderstood the plans, also their is a block of social housing going up within 3 meters of the remaining trees! seems strange
