Thanks Atree - Rich, yes, that and the wrench, these days I climb a lot with 2 srt lines from 1 anchor.

 

Explain your reasoning for this please? I could understand 2 srt lines from 2 anchors, but 1? Might be obvious to some but I don't climb srt myself :001_smile:

Hi Steve. I didn't mean that I run lines parallel, I use 1 as an opposing anchor, a re-direct. I run it from one anchor because that way I can retrieve it like a normal ddrt anchor. Combined with a traverse hook, 3 lines, it is a truly amazing 3-dimensional anchor system.

I put a thread on the srt section a few weeks ago, check it out.
