Stem injecting insecticide

Looking for a systemic insecticide that can be applied through stem injection. Google has me running around in circles.

Looking for a dealer also so any info would be grand.

No one does injectable in this country, the chemicals are not licensed to be injected.

There is supposed to be one coming out from Syngenta but they have been saying that for ages and still no sign of it.
