Has anyone tried immunotherapy, I seem to be having more and more problems with hay fever and saw an item on TV on how good it can be.

It's unlikely I would get it on the NHS and is fairly expensive, apparently it can not be started mid season so will have to wait.

you should try bee pollen....

the supplement helps with mine, though I think I'm finally growing out of it.

Do you mean honey or is this something else??

I have just been looking it up and it appears to be something else bee pollen.

I will happily try anything

if your allergic to pollen try one granule at a time to see how it affects you, you don't want a reaction to the stuff, introduce it to your body slowly

Cheers for that

I have just ordered some.

How much would you take a day if it's ok ?

Eat honey produced by bees in your area; problem solved.:thumbup1:

Have done that for years but it does nothing anymore

Thanks for the link. It does say however that those with pollen allergies should avoid bee pollen.

Having looked into it more after ordering and reading a few articles on the pubmed site I have decided it might not be such a wise idea, it appears a few people with pollen allergies have had anaphylactic shock after taking the stuff.

That may explain why the first dose or doses of immunotherapy treatment apparently have to be taken at the doctors.
