Immunotherapy for hay fever

Has anyone tried immunotherapy, I seem to be having more and more problems with hay fever and saw an item on TV on how good it can be.

It's unlikely I would get it on the NHS and is fairly expensive, apparently it can not be started mid season so will have to wait.

I have just been looking it up and it appears to be something else bee pollen.

I will happily try anything

if your allergic to pollen try one granule at a time to see how it affects you, you don't want a reaction to the stuff, introduce it to your body slowly

Cheers for that

I have just ordered some.

How much would you take a day if it's ok ?

erm good question..... I don't honestly know, what or if there are guidelines.

I used to take about 2 tbl spoons 3 times a day.

It's up to the individual really, it's very hard to say with supplements, every one is different
