Did a job today for a small plane pilot who know's that guy.Not playing with a full deck he said,he also said if he'd landed it on the fairway he'd still have a plane. Not being a pilot,i think i'd prefer the fairway(or a golfer)

yeah with all that fairway that would have been ahead of him would have been the best idea i think, but who knows what was goin through the dudes head at the time,be lucky if he gets insurance, running out of fuel aint a very good thing insurance wise i dont think

Sounds an interesting job there.... Looking forward to the pics of the job.

Now let me think... Land on fairway where grass is clipped short and smooth and avoid any large trees that may be planted there... Or go for that beech tree over there because Biggles did it and survived to tell the tale... Cause of course that's going to be far less risky!

I don't know about you lads but I would definately have done what Biggles did every time.... It's not as if he was a fictional character made up for 10 year olds to read about is it! :001_smile:

give me the precision cut lawn and sandy bunker landing anyday. i think he is confusing biggles with wylie coyote the time he lost control of his ACME giant rocket with saddle and handle bars:scared1:
