That is a great bit of kit ! I like that video...hmmmmm i see an M400 being added to Ed's fleet shortly LOL

Would be great for the guys on little domestic jobs.

I bet you'd cry if the customer changed there mind and wanted the chip taken of site LOL

My main issue with these is if you have to lug all the logs out the front you might as well drag the brash as well.

you dont get much vibration through your hands as long as the machine is shape any thing up to about 3inch you can just let the machine have it.

i think the little yellow one is a better machine than the little greenmech there ent really much between them i just like the m400 better because it has a 20 hp honda instead off 18 briggs and the blade infeed is 400 mm wide instead off 315mm dont sound alot but when ur trying to put bushy stuff through it helps and the m400 has a Adjustable discharge. they are both good machines but in my opinion i think the jo beau i a better machine

these machines dont make jobs quicker really, it just gives a 1 man mand the ability to carry out jobs i think. if the chipper is big then yes, drag it out. but even being able to chip it say at the tree then all the mess is in the one area, not all down the paths and driveway and street. i chipped a huge pile of brash yesterday and it fitted into a wheely bin. i saw a transit wheely bin collection van a few years ago in autotrader, that would of been great for this. it has limitations like any machine. some days this will be too small and a pest, other days it is perfect. another tool in the arsenal. the greenmech suits me because i have a dealer less than 20miles away and there salesman lives in my town, so its perfect. i prefer the jobeau size tbh. looks a lot lighter and easier to manouvere than mine aswell. but certainly the price on the day with peteb was excellent. i dont know if the little yellow one will reach a wheely bin though.
