Great photos Ian, it was over all too soon. Just enough time to finish, not enough time to chat!

I know you won't want to think about that journey for a while but I'm working on a two or even three day affair next year 👍

Phil, don't know if anyone took pictures of the speed carves, everything was a blur by then lol.

I'll post some of our pics when I get a chance.

Hi all, we here at SE Forestry supplied the timber for this event and myself and one employee went along to have a look at what was happening, now carving is not up my street really but what i so blew my mind we where there for about 3 1/2 hrs and to see the sculptures taking shape was spectaculare i for one will definatley be going again as i think for a first event i thought it was excellent and i will give Simon all the support i can to help him make this a succesfull yearly event, well done to all involved and to the guys that took place in the event cant wait till the next one, Regards Gary.

Thanks a lot Gary, that's great to hear your impression of the day. I hope that impact was felt by most of those that came out to support us. The wood was lovely to carve and that made our experience much more enjoyable.
