All machines have problems fact,there are threads on here about Tw bearings failing,Tw axels shearing off,jensen chassis failing, forst problems gm axels and the list goes on, it's a fact of life.

Every brand new chipper will perform like a beast because it's brand new.

That factor has no relationship with build quality and post sales service.

 

Edit: I hope these problems get sorted soon because it is a very well designed machine

No association at all. I've demoed the st6 and st8 which is why I think the design is good and know the performance is good.

 

I've had a Jensen for years (from Redwood) with no problems except from wear and tear.

Cool. The design and performance is v good,seems like they just need to work on quality Control a bit!
