Windblown trees course recommendations?

Not easy I know, but try & get a course that uses a site with actual wb trees. I'm fortunate that thru my local Forestry Commission (FC) contacts we were able to push a "wb & uprooted tree" course thru with local service providers following the storms of early 2014 and utilise realtime examples.

Other than that as I understand it you could be faced with a "what if / imagine this" type of setting for a learning environment - not ideal.

Most FC sites have a agreement with service providers for arb & forestry - tackle it the other way & contact your local FC and see what score is.

I did mine at TFK training. Its up north but was worth the trip away.

I tried for many years to do a course in the SE it was normally not enough numbers, no site or lack of windblown timber.

I also think its worth doing courses all over the place. Not only do you meet new instructors/assessors you make new contacts over the country.
