Very true but there will be times when you need that obscure bit to get you out of trouble.

 

It probably will have them but long reach sockets are damn useful when taking off carb nuts, decomp valves and fitting taps! 1/4 inch is also good for most small engine repairs, too big a drive strips threads! T bars are also good on small kit - spins screws in and out faster.

+1 for Halfords, their Professional range is very good, I have one of their socket sets years old and no problems & recently bought set of ratchet spanners & very pleased.

I think they do have long reach. Bought a set for my lad and was quite impressed with the selection. Don't think its Britool quality but not Britool price either.

what on earth do you get in a 250 bit set.

 

Lots of stuff thats very shiny & looks nice with the possibility of not needing anything else
