Unfortunately, continuing a situation where we effectively 'gave away' hundreds of copies did not make financial business sense, as I am sure you will appreciate.

I did not know you gave them away i thought it was paid for in our subs. There are a lot of good mags but at the end of the day we cant buy them all just pick one or two of the best. I do like to read as many as i can as they keep me informed with progress and new changes in arb.

I found there were too many posed pictures in it, and was annoyed by articles about a guy working on his own in France 'cos he couldn't afford a groundie. You can't bang on about industry best practice etc. then print shite like that IMO.

 

I take it you no longer get a copy with the FJ subs. then?

Yes you do, eA is still given as a 'free' supplement to FJ subscribers, but since its relaunch is also available as a stand alone subscription for those people who do not wish to receive FJ.

how much is it as a stand alone sub, and how much is it as part of the FJ?

Currently FJ is £59 for 12 issues, and essentialARB is given as a free quarterly supplement.

 

essentialARB on its own is £25 for 4 issues - though there will be deals on offer at both Capel and the AA show for new subscribers
