How you find it, we process a lot of 4-10inch poles into firewood, we run a vertical splitter so anything over 10ish inch is rung up on site for ease of moving it more than anything. Cheers

We brought one a few months back, ironically we got it as we process mostly larger rings (we have 10 inch chippers) and found the sawing was costly in time and chains.

Not used it much as yet, but runs off the tractor at the same time as the log splitter. We load up the tipper trailer and the logs can be sorted depending on size either to splitter on saw bench. Big stuff can be split into billets then sawn to size.

Initial trials seem promising, but it is noisy...

Really quick, simple to use and not that physically demanding if you're set up well. We billet everything over 4" which I know is double handling compared to an all in one processor but with this system you can turn pretty much anything into saleable logs.
