Old Bill now have a roadside drug testing kit. this new kit ain't just looking for illegal drugs, it's also looking for some prescription drugs. So if you've got a heavy cold or similar think twice about self- prescribing and driving the next day.

Maybe, maybe not. Have a read on the web about it mate, even over the counter drugs, if taken incorrectly, could take you over the limit.

 

I've been up to see my brother over the last few days. He was a partner in a recovery company until recently, he still does some consultancy work for them. The company do random drug tests on their employees. This new law however seems to be quite a worry for the company.

Ive been working on a few building sites recently and its really opened my eyes as to how many people smoke that crap (cannabis,weed, etc) and drive home. I like a drink , but I don't take a can of beer to work with me, why do they take drugs to work with them?? I seem to be the only person that don't take smoke crap.

Because they're knobs? Smoking does seem rife in some industries I must admit. Absolutely no need to be taking the stuff to work.

 

Time and a place for everything! I also like a drink, I'd never dream of getting in a motor after drinking mind.

Totally agree, theres a massive flaw in this new law.And a lot of innocent people will be prosecuted.

Having read this I'm going to limit my coke intake to two pints before driving.

 

Snorting more than that makes the throat a little dry anyway.
