2 Stroke Fuel lifespan

Just bought some Aspen 4 and mixed it at 50:1 with Red Line Racing 2T oil . Put it in my 560 and it ran a treat . I guess the A/T took care of any adjustments , if at all they were needed . As I am semi retired now all my machines will now be run on Aspen .

Why not just buy aspen 2?

Because I already have a large quantity of Red Line Racing T2 oil and don't want to waste it . Also Aspen4 is marginally cheaper than Aspen2 . :001_smile:

Hi Stubby,

Great news that all your kit is on Aspen!

When you have used up your old 2stroke oil try some Aspen2 FRT.

This fuel & oil has be designed to work together in small 2stroke engines (mainly chainsaws) You might see better performance and it will have lower emissions.

Is the redline oil for air or water cooled 2strokes?

All the best Eddie

High Eddie . Its used in racing 2 stroke engines so could be either water cooled or air cooled depending on the bike , cart . or what ever . TCD put me onto it couple of years ago . If you check the specs it exceeds any other 2t oil on the market and probably what's in Aspen also .
