Hi guys, wasn't sure where to put this topic but I'm reaching out for some advice. I was involved in a serious accident at work and have just got out of hospital. I haven't heard anything from the company or HSE and I'm looking for some advice as to how to proceed. Is it worth approaching HSE directly? Does anyone know of any good personal injury lawyers or law firms who have dealt with Arb cases before? Any help would be appreciated as I need to get the ball rolling immediately.

Cheers

Hope that you've recovered / recovering well.

A suggestion: Before you start winding up your employer, find out his view on the matter. It may be something that can be sorted by working together rather than getting involved in a long drawn out legal battle.

Also, find out what paperwork your employer has produced; RIDDOR, etc. Also, what paperwork has been produced post-incident - Wouldn't be the first time that RAs have been written after event.

Chasing up HSE at the moment, recovering thanks, slowly going to take a few months. Don't want to go into too much detail about the incident , but I'll be chasing compensation for sure. I don't want any drawn out legal battles as much as the next guy but it seems it's what must be done .
