Small dog/ mammal killer wanted.... & safe with children

He looks like a trouble he's a patterdale by the looks of him?. We've had a couple they were allegedly taken by some how u likeys.

Great characters.

 

Not entirely sure to be fair but might have a bit of JR and/or Lakeland in him too :001_smile:

 

That can happen round here a bit too if you're not careful with us being quite rural/remote.

He's definitely a character and brilliant with people but couldn't be trusted with anything smaller than him that moves quickly so taking him anywhere that has cats for example is a big no no. We get a few deer round here too and unless I catch him before he's in full stride he ends up chasing them half way round Lincolnshire and I have no chance of calling him back until he's done. He has, however, put a few rabbit pies on the table as long as I get to him before he's mashed its insides...

West Highland terrier, good nose, lovely with kids, independent and sharp as a needle.

 

In the rodent killing area nothing beats a good farm cat. Mine catches Moles, a hare and even an odd pheasant poult. How the hell he caught a hare god knows, I found its head and ears in the garden !!.
