if you do for some reason decide to build a bike , get a curtis.

hand made in england out of t45 tubing. life time frame warranties. pretty pricey though.

That welding is so old hat now and yes ugly. Anyhow I was'nt referring to the welding just that 3 way crossover that's exclusive to GT.:001_smile:

Yeah I love Curtis frames though they do have one made in Taiwan now.

Hey adam, just had a look at your dirt bike. Nice. Do you ever come down to The Track at portreath? If not check out the website- UK's no1 dirt track. My place looks right into it.

 

yea i do , i was down for king of dirt , went down again at the start of june. my mate is sponcered by dmr bikes. should be down there again for round 5 at the end of august.

 

and when i got my frame i saw one of the 4130 curtis's. really good, none of the team riders have snapped one yet either. gary is a really nice bloke too got a cup of tea and the lot when i got the frame haha.

Where do you stay when you come down?

Did you camp for KOD?

 

stayed at a b&b for the invitational , camped last time. and will probly camp this time too. we camped at the bike barn or something......few minutes down the road from the track.
