How do you manage to get a demo? No dealer I've ever asked has allowed demos on saws

 

I just asked what the chances were and they phoned the rep there and then.

I'm presuming the price quoted was for a box fresh article from your dealer's stock?

 

If so how about you ask him what they'd want for the 'ex-demo saw' you've been using at a 'reduced to clear' price?

Aye it was. I asked about the one I'd been using but it was a brand spanker too so it wouldn't have been much cheaper. The price they gave me for the 80cc echo was 540 + VAT so I'm thinking about getting that.
