Dunno John, a Valmet dealer should be able to help. 1700 kilos on the bounce going up a bumpy road soon doubles!

evening all

would 1700KG be to much weight on the 3 point linkage of a valmet 8050 with roofmount and waterballasted tyres? obviously the linkage will lift more than this

I have a couple of pto chippers due in soon, a TW300 & a Bandit 200xp if your interested.

my chipper is 1800kg. i have only carried it once on my 6400 with roofmount. lifts it no problem but a bit giddy on the road. 6cylinder would be steadier but along with crane and mounting brackets etc its a lot of weight on the back axle
