Well the staff that are doing are happier, less stressed, and getting paid more for the same amount of hours. Win, Win, Win.

Once we have been running it for a couple of months, we will look at evening opening. We are next to ScrewFix so get a lot of traffic at night anyway.

 

In the meantime, if any KNOWN customers what to come in in the evening, if they ring us and let us know they are pooping in we will give them a contact number to ring when they are outside.

 

The night shift manager is a climbing and rigging guy (been in the arb industry for years). So if you need a personal shopper with out being disturbed book a time with him after 5 and he will have time to go through everything with you.
