Just been given one of these by a customer...

 

What do you guys think of this saw and what replaced it?

What cc is it? Etc..

It's 67cc if it's the 038 super. I've got one. I'll try and bump my old post people put a bit of info on there for you

 

 

Thanks Mick... This one is a 038 AV farm boss.

Starts well, haven't cut anything with it yet.

I just answered the other thread, I was looking at something like this as a project and in case I got any bigger wood to cut and last week I found an 036 local. I had it running today just to hear it and it sounds alright. It might need clutch springs and a switch lever and it definitely needs a chain it might have another sharpen left but it's very worn.

Great saw, I had one that lasted for 20 years of regular work.
