SWB - We have booked into a cottage on the Ardmarnoch estate. Do you know it?

 

it is on the road to kilfinan, a mile or so out..we booked about a dozen of the local cottages for our wedding, cant remember if that was one of them, but they are all cracking mate, i might be working over there in september, so keep me posted and we can catch a pint in the local and you can work for beer:001_cool:

Oban would be worth a night - there's a seafood restaurant there on the harbour that's won umpteen awards for it's food

 

The restaurant is called Ee-usk (which is Galic for fish) so I am informed from my top mechanic Scottish Mick from Oban:001_smile:

i have been there, really nice food and there is plenty to see with the harbour right infront of you aswell.go over the connel bridge heading for fort william, there is a reallly good wildlife place. otters, seals and loads of underwater stuff. well worth the trip. then its next stop ballahuilish bridge, fortwilliam then a wee trip on the harry potter train to mallaig. sweet
