I put on a stone drinking Stella as Morrisons were selling 18 cans for a tenner! I was drunk for the whole of December! Cut that out and iv already dropped that stone!

Good idea. Any suspension training. Lots of planks. Kettlebells

I need to drop a fair bit, i was 13 stone when climbing on a regular basis..

hit 15 stone at christmas..

 

im 6' 3' so not a bad weight but lean is the way to go for me as a climber...

 

3 months to get climbing fit... then i see about getting back in the saddle full time....

 

If you can make the time to get out say 3 times a week, 3 mile run straight after work weight'l soon vanish! :thumbup1:

Swimming

Lots of core work, abs support lower back

Press ups... Bring Sally up challenge is good. Do 1 press up stand up go straight back down do 2 press ups etc etc if you can get to over 10'your doing something right :)

 

At the moment I'm doing a lot of rock climbing and am right into bouldering.. Great for strength
