i am looking at getting my first rope it needs to be 40m would like a spliced eye really, what do you guys think? were could i get one and howmuch really dont want to be spending mega bucks though

sorry but i do hope your having a laugh

which as advice to a novice i do not find that amusing:thumbdown:

35m gecko £63

37mXTC plus £65

 

 

45m gecko £75

45m XTC plus £80

 

so the xtc is deffinatly a better value rope for the money

both 13mm ropes the gecko is made by marlow

the XTC is made by yale

basically the yale is a better rope and will be a nicer rope with less problems
