Nice! What's the little tractor with the pallet forks? Looks a good wee beastie.

It's an Antonio Carraro 'alpine tractor', only 27hp but a good little tug, especially as it now has agricultural tyres on. It is very low ground pressure so not too damaging on the ancient woodland soils. As with a lot of these type of tractors you can reverse the positions of the seat and the steering console and drive facing backwards, good for loader and flail work.

Thanks. Handy, and looks good too.

Nice to see the Orchids, Can't quite tell from the pics, but Early Purples?

Not sure Bren. I'm not too hot on my plant ID. These came up after removing the understory in a cpt. but leaving the canopy.

An eagle eyed visitor to the wood recently spotted the ancient woodland indicator pictured below. Free piece of charcoal to the first with a correct identification!

Fantastic, FREE CHARCOAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm so happy.

I'd just like to thank all the people who supported me through this and of course, my mother, without whom i'd never have been able............

Sorry, got over excited there.
