The bungee cord came with a snap hook type clip on the ends. I connected it to the ascender and it kept the rope in place. But strangely I could remove the rope without removing the clip but it never popped out on its own.

Converted my SRT set up into the DRWT today and had a play around, Thought it was good I can see it been useful in some scenarios, but on large assents I still prefer SRT for access and then install rope guide and climbing line, do the required work and descend on SRT line.

Craig how do you decend on an srt line?Get your groundy to lower you down?

 

Nah get out the trusty fig 8 and descend on that :thumbup1:
