did you have to clip a little krab in the extra hole with that ascender rich? i have a seperate pantin ascender i used for the extra ascender and it pops out if i dont stick an extra krab in there

The bungee cord came with a snap hook type clip on the ends. I connected it to the ascender and it kept the rope in place. But strangely I could remove the rope without removing the clip but it never popped out on its own.

i spent this arvo playing around with an old croll ascender, a short endless sling a quick draw and a bungee strap and bodged it all together. bloody marvelous! fast and efficient!

Converted my SRT set up into the DRWT today and had a play around, Thought it was good I can see it been useful in some scenarios, but on large assents I still prefer SRT for access and then install rope guide and climbing line, do the required work and descend on SRT line.
