Chin up accident!

Groundie just called, can't work tomorrow.

 

He was doing chins in his home gym (shed) and it seems his bar fell out of the ceiling mid chin. He had his ankles crossed behind his knees, so dropped a couple of feet straight onto his kneecaps. Ouch.

 

Quite dangerous, this health stuff...

I'm hearin' ya, but he didn't work yesterday because I was planking. I think he wants to be ready for the big push when we start doing tree work again instead of cutting down small bushes and trimming hedges!

 

Real men don't let tree work get in the way of training anyway!
