Here,s a little more info.

This unit has a Bandit-designed overhung load adaptor, providing longer bearing life and easier serviceability. The bearing can easily be replaced without replacing the whole unit. All loading, with the exception of radial loading, is taken off of the motor bearings, increasing motor life and efficiency.

The mower was designed with special high-yield, wear resistant material on the mower feet and the drum backer to increase life.

The mulcher head is driven by one 110CC hydraulic motor with a single Poly-Chain drive belt. The variable speed motor will drop to a lower gear, increasing torque when the unit is under load to help prevent the head from stalling.

The variable speed motor spins the head at approximately 2,250 RPM in its high gear. When a certain PSI is detected, the motor will kick into a lower speed, higher torque gear, spinning the head at approximately 1,500 RPM. When the load on the mower head reduces, the motor will automatically kick back into high gear. This helps grinding with lower horsepower, and it can be adjusted for different skid steers for optimal performance.

There are two hydraulic reliefs. Each relief allows the attachment to be fine-tuned to the hydraulics of the skid steer, for best grinding performance. It also keeps pressure spikes from going to the relief on the skid steer. This will allow the hydraulic oil to bypass back to the tank, protecting the pumps of the skid-steer loader. The relief block goes up to 4,500 PSI, and it can be adjusted down as needed.

There are 36 teeth along the full length of the mower head. Each 1 5/8-inch-wide tooth creates a more aggressive mulching action, limiting the amount of the bite taken. Teeth are positioned in a way forcing material to the center of the mower head.

A unique raker design forces material to the carbide part of the tooth, improving tooth life, grinding performance and helps prevent the mower head from stalling.

The skid-steer loader must be able to pump 23 gallons of hydraulic oil per minute at minimum and 40 GPM maximum to power the Model 60FM.

Think there's 3 types:

Flail mulcher - mainly light duty scrub clearance etc

Fixed tooth - Will eat through anything speed depends on power however if you find scaffold poles or concrete 🙈

Knock Back tooth - Will also eat everything just if you hit something horrible the tooth knocks back in side the pocket to protect it.
