Fabricating Dawgs

Ah yes . I thought you mean double dawgs . Not so critical with one . I would go for 2.5mm stainless .

I was looking at the 576 this afternoon and I might need to drill the side plate to mount doubles, unless using the bar mount would hold it rigid enough. Kind of like a 395 but without the second attachment.

I think I'll try single first, see what happens

Not sure about a 576 as I don't have one . On a 372/390 it mounts through the bar studs with a small retaining screw on the 560 the clutch cover has mount points cast into it with a hex recess for a captive nut . You just have to drill through the clearance size of the screw .

Very nice, they look much more aggressive than the standards. Did you have any issues with where the points were located?

I used the old ones as a template then just use a rule to make the lines straight out from the old teeth untill they met up and use a plasma cutter

I have a brand new set of double dawgs for a 562 if any one needs them ( won't fit a 560 unless you get a 562 clutch cover though ) Pic is 560 with double dawgs . 562 ones are more aggressive
