Does anyone own the tree stuff throwbag launcher in the UK? I have been told they aren't legal here and classed as a sec. 5 weapon but they're pretty useful and just really want a new shiny toy

It would depend on the ft lb of the compressed air. 12 ft Lb being legal limit in UK. As for the .22 blank it's no different from a dummy launcher used in dog training which requires no ticket.

its classed as a precharged air gun, it has a smooth bore barrel firing a projectile, its the size of this(the trow bag) that its make it of a calibre that requires a FAC
